By accessing and using the EvoRise website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Services

EvoRise provides free betting tips and a monthly Elite Access subscription service that offers premium tips and additional benefits. The services are accessible via login with your Discord account.

3. User Account

To use certain features of the site, you must create an account by logging in with your Discord account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Elite Access subscription is billed on a monthly basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fees as they become due. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

EvoRise does not store credit card information or personal data about you. Payments are processed through Stripe; we do not have access to view or store this data. Only billing information necessary for invoicing is stored.

5. Use of Services

You agree to use the services provided by EvoRise only for lawful purposes. You must not use the services in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our site or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on EvoRise, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of EvoRise or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. EvoRise makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EvoRise or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the services, even if EvoRise or an EvoRise authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

EvoRise reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Service.
